Totally my favorite store to go to my green needs, the manager there, B. J. , knows her product and is always ready to help me find my next strain to try! Store is always clean looking and has a great atmosphere with the staff there.

Always super nice people! I've ordered delivery from them three times now and I've never had an issue. I just placed a delivery this morning and your driver was lovely! He was so friendly! I certainly recommend them.
This is not my first visit to Delta 9, but it was by far the worst experience. I walked in for a regular prepaid pickup and was met by an older lady (white hair, glasses) who immediately shouted "WHAT ORDER?!" in a rude and aggressive tone. I calmly told her my name (Vishvesh) and showed my order number, but she continued in a loud, unprofessional way and demanded "SHOW ME YOUR ID!"—like I was doing something wrong. I understand ID checks are policy, but there's a respectful way to speak to people. This felt more like discrimination than procedure. Another employee nearby even looked at me with sympathy, clearly seeing how badly I was treated. I felt mentally harassed and completely disrespected. No customer should be made to feel like this. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
