| This is not my first visit to Delta 9, but it was by far the worst experience. I walked in for a regular prepaid pickup and was met by an older lady (white hair, glasses) who immediately shouted "WHAT ORDER?!" in a rude and aggressive tone. I calmly told her my name (Vishvesh) and showed my order number, but she continued in a loud, unprofessional way and demanded "SHOW ME YOUR ID!"—like I was doing something wrong. I understand ID checks are policy, but there's a respectful way to speak to people. This felt more like discrimination than procedure. Another employee nearby even looked at me with sympathy, clearly seeing how badly I was treated. I felt mentally harassed and completely disrespected. No customer should be made to feel like this. Very disappointing and unacceptable. | ||

| Do not believe in any scratch card games. I win something like a box 2 months ago and after that i tried to contact Pembina location but nobody knows about anything. I try to contact via chat and they response with sorry. Moral: don't trust any marketing deals | ||
