I came in today (Wednesday March 27th) around 5:15pm for my second visit to this shop and sadly, I had an experience that made me not want to return.
I waited in line for another customer to be helped for quite some time (while she asked tons of questions and received help on all of it) before the staff member could assist me. In that time, I had looked through all the flower I was interested in and many of the packages did not include percentages, descriptions, or strain genetics (or at least not visibly) which are important for me to know since I have a variety of medical conditions I need to consider.
The staff member helped me when it was finally my turn, so I began asking him a question about one of the strains I was considering. When I didn't choose it and asked for recommendations on lower THC strains, he basically just told me to look at the labels because all the info I needed was there, and told me he was going to help other customers.
This was after literally 45 seconds of helping me.
I really need the assistance as a person with disabilities and someone who genuinely needs specific info about the strains I'm choosing, that I already saw was not visible on the packaging.
You can't even pick up or touch the packaging because it's behind glass so there was nothing more I could do but wait once again.
The people behind me had walked in SECONDS after I started being helped so I don't understand why he decided to prioritize them when I had hardly began b ..
By partner has been going here back when it was Greatful Med about six years ago. Same owner, same great selection of quality goods. The manager and staff have always been helpful. Canapa is our go to shop and a hidden gem in the cannabis community. Really fantastic vibe in there with all the cool knick knacks.

This is my regular, from my first visit the staff have been extremely well informed about their product, super helpful, super friendly and always happy to help even if it's just for advice and you walk out empty handed. They have the most variety and stock I've seen in a dispensary. Thanks Canapa Sky staff keep up the good work.
