I buy multiple cartridges at a time, they recently changed their warranty to 24 hours, so now I'm supposed to rush home and open/try each one and if it's broken rush back to their store. Pretty sure basic required warranty requirements in Canada exceeds that. Good shop for the most part, but beware as I have had more defective cartridges from them to an other stores. 2/6 were defective out of the last batch I bought. The guy was nice enough to explain that he was making an exception and processing my warranty but the policy will stop me from buying from this chain in the future.

Horrible store the product they sold me was not what the package said had a horrific taste tried to return it the manager refuse the product is un smokable period manager is rude and terrible. Asked me if I would return booze if I didn't like the taste of I bought vodka and it tasted like wiskey I would awful manager.
