They have really great prices.. but don't ever order off their website. Half the time the products you paid for aren't there, and when you go to pick up and find out they don't have what you paid for, they won't refund you or anything. I've witnessed it happen more than once. They say they will get it put back in your account, and ask for your email and phone number and name so they can contact head office.. but it's all a SCAM!!!! Do not believe them as you will NEVER see your money again.

I was buying my vapes from these guys until tonight. With my receipt and damaged vape cartridge I wanted to return, I went in and explained the cartridge was ruined even before I opened it. Genius counterguy basically called me a liar. No worries pal. I'll spend my cash anywhere but your store and tell my friends not to either. I had to give you one star in order to rate. Not even worth one star.

I've been a loyal customer at Canna since they first opened their doors. Over the years, I've consistently had positive experiences with their service and products. However, I was disappointed this evening when I was turned away because my government-issued ID wasn't signed. While I understand the need for strict ID verification, I was surprised by this given that it's a valid government ID and I'm a long-time customer. Despite this frustrating experience, their track record of good service keeps me from giving a lower rating. I hope they can reconsider their ID policy to be more accommodating to regular customers while still maintaining necessary security measures.
