I've been a loyal customer at Canna since they first opened their doors. Over the years, I've consistently had positive experiences with their service and products. However, I was disappointed this evening when I was turned away because my government-issued ID wasn't signed. While I understand the need for strict ID verification, I was surprised by this given that it's a valid government ID and I'm a long-time customer. Despite this frustrating experience, their track record of good service keeps me from giving a lower rating. I hope they can reconsider their ID policy to be more accommodating to regular customers while still maintaining necessary security measures.
