I was a loyal regular customer until last September. I bought a high-end vape cartridge, which wouldn't work at all in my battery. I returned it the very next day and they refused an exchange. I went outside and showed them that the other three cartridges that I had worked fine, but theirs didn't work at all. I reminded them that I was a loyal, regular customer spending quite a bit of money every month, but they didn't care. Their answer was the company doesn't wanna lose money. Well, neither do I. I mentioned to them also in a nice way that if they didn't exchange That cartridge, I would never show up there again. To make a long story short, I exchanged that cartridge at a totally different store with no problem whatsoever after telling him my story and I have never been back since. Nor will I. There are far too many Other weed shops out there that are far easier to deal with. Adios Rise. Never again.

The service is great and everybody's knowledgeable. I was near closing time when I entered one night and I told the clerk that I almost didn't make it and he said if you call ahead, I would be happy to stay so that you don't have to rush. Now that Service. And Kaylee is a breath of fresh air. Always happy always positive.
