I was a loyal regular customer until last September. I bought a high-end vape cartridge, which wouldn't work at all in my battery. I returned it the very next day and they refused an exchange. I went outside and showed them that the other three cartridges that I had worked fine, but theirs didn't work at all. I reminded them that I was a loyal, regular customer spending quite a bit of money every month, but they didn't care. Their answer was the company doesn't wanna lose money. Well, neither do I. I mentioned to them also in a nice way that if they didn't exchange That cartridge, I would never show up there again. To make a long story short, I exchanged that cartridge at a totally different store with no problem whatsoever after telling him my story and I have never been back since. Nor will I. There are far too many Other weed shops out there that are far easier to deal with.
