The store itself is quite nice with a great selection of products and the way that they are displayed is terrific. The guy helping me with my purchase was rude, condescending, and abrasive. He was short in his responses annoyed and impatient that he had to help me, as if bothered that he had to assist me. I asked him for a certain product and he recommended one that contained elements different than what I asked for. I only realized this after I've made the purchase. The product was unopened (this is at the point of sale and I hadn't even collected the products off the counter to take them out of the store ) He said I couldn't return it or exchange it. I explained to him that it's unreasonable that I bought something that wasn't what I asked for based on his recommendation that he couldn't do anything, then after asking him several times to make it right, he grabbed another product but then asked me very rudely "are you sure?" He repeated this three times. He then made a mockery of me in front of the other customers in the store by pointing the product towards them and saying "did you hear that?" He did this towards the two customers behind me. This was rude and degrading. This type of arrogance and behaviour is not OK. I hope management can make sure this doesn't happen to someone else in the future.

First time popping in and we were not thrilled lol. Came in specifically looking for cbd dog treats and to check out the edible selection. We stood around awkwardly for a bit while staff stared us down. Our eventual budtender suggested some dog-safe cbd oil and I politely declined a few times. She continued to push the sale until my wife asked about drinks in the cooler, then it got weird. She prefaced by telling us they carried lots of great low/zero sugar options. Sugar wasn't a big deal to us as we were just getting one to share after a long day. She showed us her personal favourites, again boasting the low sugar content. When my wife enquired about other options, something closer to a conventional soda, she just gave us a weird look and skipped over them to pick out which drinks were healthiest. At this point my wife specifically asked for one (it was a fruity tropical thing, and not one of the low calorie options she had specifically pointed out) and again she paused and looked my wife up and down while frowning. "Okaaaay, that'sā¦. An interesting option I guess." She seemed reluctant but I just wanted the transaction to be over. I asked for some filters as well which was a separate but equally confusing exchange. I made pleasant smalltalk to try and shake the awkwardness but then we went to check out and she first scanned the oil that i had previously declined lol. I politely told her that we would pass on the oil, again, paid and walked out. Really uncomfortab ..
came to coast range to grab some quick pre rolls Alex greeted me upon walking in she was very helpful without being over bearing she helped me find some amazing flowers based off of her suggestion. she was kind helpful and the experience overall was fabulous definitely will return.

I went into the store to pick up some new bud. I always love thier suggestions. They seem to always help me with something that turns out to be a new favourite for me. Lol
The staff asked me every time what I want to achieve for my high and then thry direct me to the correct weed everytime.

I tested some and Im just shocked how good this stuff is. I'm excited to go camping now.
