I was very disappointed in the customer service here and won't be returning. I am 23, came in with a passport a little over a year old. Lady behind the counter asked for another and I was like "absolutely!", ran and grabbed it for her. Then she's like pouring over my ID and calling her manager/another staff over and starts talking all quietly. I'm standing there feeling so awkward and nervous…then we realize it's because she can't add up her years properly? And then didn't apologize but says "it's cause you have an old passport"?? She also kept calling me "babe" in every.single.sentence condescendingly.
I've shopped at this store before and didn't have this, and it was just the overall horrible vibes coming from her that left me with a gross feeling. I don't usually get ID'ed so especially after the passport, it seemed like she was just trying to screw me for absolutely no reason. From my personal experience it looked like the typical older woman mean resentment, but it reflected on the business poorly for me.
This is a great store, they are very knowledgeable staff and dedicated to their job. The product is always as they describe. Far better than the government store
My favorite dispensary, I go out of my way to come here. Every single staff I've encountered has seriously been so friendly and knowledgeable.
The prices for flower are extremely well priced and they always have a wide selection. Same with concentrates, accessories etc. They're always approachable and have no problem answering any questions you have.
The decor and atmosphere are also what bring me back. It feels cozy and welcoming and not like you're in a bright fluorescent fishbowl. 10/10
Better prices than DutchBros AND FREE Delivery on orders over $50. Won us over instantly. PLeasse do not change :)
I was there just before close tonight and boy did they have their hands full! The customer before me was incredibly rude to the staff when they informed him there was only five minutes left for them to be able to serve everyone in store. His response was entirely uncalled for but I feel the ladies handled the situation rather professionally and with more patience than I would have.
This is my favorite shop with the best prices and friendly knowledgable staff. Those girls deserve a raise!
