| I was very disappointed in the customer service here and won't be returning. I am 23, came in with a passport a little over a year old. Lady behind the counter asked for another and I was like "absolutely!", ran and grabbed it for her. Then she's like pouring over my ID and calling her manager/another staff over and starts talking all quietly. I'm standing there feeling so awkward and nervous…then we realize it's because she can't add up her years properly? And then didn't apologize but says "it's cause you have an old passport"?? She also kept calling me "babe" in every.single.sentence condescendingly. I've shopped at this store before and didn't have this, and it was just the overall horrible vibes coming from her that left me with a gross feeling. I don't usually get ID'ed so especially after the passport, it seemed like she was just trying to screw me for absolutely no reason. From my personal experience it looked like the typical older woman mean resentment, but it reflected on the business poorly for me. | ||
