i've asked for a disposable vape and one of the employee showed me something totally different from what i want. then i realized and since the store has return policy i took it back. they didn't return. she said that i've already opened the package can not return which is she sold me a wrong item. doesn't even make any sense. nice people but would never go back
The counter guy lost it on me when I didn't show 2 pieces of ID right away. I just wanted to ask if you can break the 100 dollar bill LOL then he made me face my ID directly to him cause he can't see it. Like you have hands too or just say sorry, I can't see or something..
I was a happy camper but I dont think he should be working customer service roles with that attitude. Don't feel so bad knowing I'm not the only one that experienced this.

I don't really leave reviews anywhere, but I was really surprised at how awful the reviews were for this store. This store is the cheapest weed you will find in the area, I wouldn't be surprised if other stores are leaving bad reviews.
I have been shopping here since January (far more regularly than I should) & have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff in store. I'm often high when I go in, and they're always patient when I ask a million questions about different products & happy to help me out.
Only thing that ever was a slight "issue" for me was when I bought a pen for a for the first time. Girl on the counter was super helpful and nice explaining things, told me I could return it if I didn't like it or it didn't pull etc. I went in the next day and asked to return it since I didn't like it (usually smoke flower only), but the guy on the till said he couldn't help me and suggested I complain to the manufacturer directly.
Would recommend to any stoner that isn't a Karen seemingly hoping for the staff to smoke their weed for them too lol
I went there at around 415pm on March 16th. The gentleman at the door was amazingly nice, made me laugh as I walked by, like super inviting and refreshingly good customer service. The lady with dark hair at the counter on the customers right was kinda snooty and rude. I said hi how you doing, her response was "good what do u want". Just rather dry, no eye contact, the interaction was a little uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me I dunno but I don't think it was. Not asking for anyone to be straight up fake with me but don't act like I'm disrupting your day and I'm on your nerves
It seems I'm not the only one affected by their terrible customer service. As a regular customer, I noticed that the item I purchased this time had quality issues compared to what I bought before. However, there is an African Canadian lady's attitude made it feel like I was trying to take advantage of the policy. It was my first time requesting an exchange, and it will also be my last time shopping here. Congratulations, you've just lost another loyal customer—there are plenty of other stores on Kingsway.
