The store is great and everyone who works there is amazing, and great customer service every time. But the website never works when I want to order online and it drives me crazy because I like to have a quick pick up.
It was a horrific experience, not only did the male staff member not listen to our requests requiring us to not only repeat ourselves but also explain to him what I wanted. It was as if the staff was on something while we talked to them, from singing mid conversation down to staring at me. He didn't even aid me and my mother in the selection of our products leading to both of us getting the incorrect items. Normally I have an amazing experience at plantlife but if this is the standard for staff moving forward I will not be continuing my business here knowing that I don't feel safe to even share my phone number with the staff to collect points.
I have the fine pleasure of meeting Sarah today. Very knowledgeable, friendly. I will definitely be going back there.

very happy with all the service, all the time, the till lady sarah is absolutely amazing she went out of her way to help me for 20 minutes decide what i wanted and never once got frustrated or gave me false words about any products i've been to hundreds of cannabis stores and this store is by far one of the most inviting and caring for there customers then any other. thank you Sarah and plant life for the extremely professional store you have going here have yourselfs a blessed day
