Was very disappointed. Haven't had any "bad" service going in from the employees but the last few times have been lack lustre. I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me last but as of recently I've started getting into concentrates. Their chalkboard menus didn't really reflect what kind of concentrates they had and when I requested a list, I was told "I can't show it to you, but I can certainly look on it and see if we have what you want." which was very peculiar to me. But what threw me through an even bigger loop was when I asked for a specific product (this time was the Hawiian Shatter by Dab Bods) he told me "we have Dab Bods shatter, but I don't know what kind it is. My system just says sativa." I don't know what AGLC policy is, but it seems like it's pulling teeth trying to get any info out of these budtenders at any Value Buds, not just this one. You've IDed me, we've discovered I am not a minor and I am shopping for myself, why can't we discuss potency and strains?; and to top it all off, when we DID find out that it was infact that shatter I wanted, it was $35 which is $6 more than non-discounted cannabis stores sell it for. I don't know, I won't be stopping for my concentrates anymore but definitely a good place to go to for a pre-roll if you happen to go by it.
Yeah that was one of the better value buds. There's one guy and a lady that are aiming to please in there for sure and they don't mind looking in the back for something that's higher potency. But since my life is changing I no longer smoke cannabis.
Had a great experience today, I didn't get his name but he was extremely helpful, also had the cheapest price on my favourite product that's huge

Opens relatively early and has very friendly staff.
The bud-tender was very welcoming and knowledgeable and recommended great strains.
HUGE variety of strains and discounts as well as bud of the day.
The store has everything you can imagine in terms of edibles, vapes, and material needed to complement your sesh.
Highly recommended !
Always great staff at this location, and I've received multiple tips from Sweets on gear like silicone cleaning caps which has made keeping my glassware clean so much easier!
