Was very disappointed. Haven't had any "bad" service going in from the employees but the last few times have been lack lustre. I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped me last but as of recently I've started getting into concentrates. Their chalkboard menus didn't really reflect what kind of concentrates they had and when I requested a list, I was told "I can't show it to you, but I can certainly look on it and see if we have what you want." which was very peculiar to me. But what threw me through an even bigger loop was when I asked for a specific product (this time was the Hawiian Shatter by Dab Bods) he told me "we have Dab Bods shatter, but I don't know what kind it is. My system just says sativa." I don't know what AGLC policy is, but it seems like it's pulling teeth trying to get any info out of these budtenders at any Value Buds, not just this one. You've IDed me, we've discovered I am not a minor and I am shopping for myself, why can't we discuss potency and strains?; and to top it all off, when we DID find out that it was infact that shatter I wanted, it was $35 which is $6 more than non-discounted cannabis stores sell it for. I don't know, I won't be stopping for my concentrates anymore but definitely a good place to go to for a pre-roll if you happen to go by it.

Wow what an amazing store! Adam and Mac are absolute local celebrities. If there isn't a line up out the door, even a 30 second conversation will leave you with an everlasting impression from either of these beauties. But they aren't the only ones who you need to check out! It's very easy to get lost in the firey passion in Thomas' eyes when he describes his favourite strain and it's always wonderful to hear what my unbeatable savings will be from my unbeatable discounts when William rings me up. And they've even added a few new employees! Simone and Maddi have been excellent additions to the store and really gives the team a full array of diversity. This is a team that will keep you coming back again and again. Wouldn't dare think of shopping anywhere else.
