Extremely rude staff here. They also pick and choose who they want to help and if you're a guy then good luck. The male staff will only help the females customers even when other male customers were already there waiting for 10-15mins. Bad service all around and not worth going to this spot. There's another shop 2min walk behind that way better and quick service.

genuinely the worst weed store in banff😭 place has no structure, if you walk in when it's busy prepare to be lost in 'line' and wait for ages. don't get me started on the general manager lol, locals know this guy and he does not have a good rep LOL. just go to another store if you want the same/better product and an overall better experience with staff and store

I spent nearly 50$ on a disposable which was 100% over priced. Then it didn't work I tried everything I took it to another dispensary on my way home to see if maybe I was using it wrong and the guy said that the pen was so old the weed crystallized. Super disappointed won't go again

The staff are rude to everyone. There's no line to buy stuff. You just need to "hang around" the display case with what you want, then hope and pray to make eye contact with someone that works there and MAYBE you will get served. They turn people away 20mins before they close because they run the place like they've never worked retail ever before. Go to Value buds or Fire&flower if you want to get served by courteous professionals, not teenagers on a power trip. Absolutely woeful at best. The owners should do something about it but they are just big city money and don't care about the store at all. Go ANYWHERE ELSE would be my recommendation.
