You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
No matter the season, Banff is where you want to be. With staggeringly beautiful summers and outstanding snow sports in the winter, it’s no wonder that our small town plays host to over 4 million visitors a year. If you’re one of them, stop on by for a chat! We like to think of ourselves as an un-official Banff information centre. As locals, we know all the best cannabis friendly spots, activities, and the best places to eat for when the munchies set in.
At Canna Cabana Banff, we’re unique, even by Cabana standards. Fun facts: not only are we the only Cabana located in a national park, we’re also arguably the “high”est Cabana out there—nestled in the mountains, we sit at an altitude of 1383m above sea level!

Not all but some of the staff are extremely rude and condescending. The manager seems too high to have a coherent conversation. The curly haired, round in shape man needs to step off his high horse. He is a very aggressive person for having a front facing role.
Support any other store unless you want to be treated like you're less than.
*in response to your reply-- sorry for the misunderstanding but I wasn't upset about your store hours changing or the fact that you've been known to leave the open sign turned OFF during hours of operation which led to confusion-- I was upset because the way your staff talked to me when I tried to explain my reasoning for entering a "closed store". This isn't the first time and it won't be the last time someone complains about this kid. He acts all superior in his little basement dwelling selling weed but you have to give respect to get it and unfortunately he is an aggressive troll. This isn't my problem anymore, there are better quality weed shops with much friendlier, less conceited employees where I'll be happy to take my business and recommend others.
**second edit** yes I'm that petty and bitter. I thought I'd add some photos. Google says you're open til 12am your store says 11pm. Yall have some horrible management for still not correcting this. I wish I could leave another 1 star review. This affected my colleagues at work and they're too polite to say anything. But you are running a business aren't you? Lol
I appreciate the Banff location. Some of best bud-tenders imo in banff!
One major reason is patience as someone whose still new to cbd,cbn etc.. i am explained with kind and ease each compound.
I dont know why anyone would go to the competition.
Im giving Devan manager a huge shoutout as he never recommends a product he knows that wont work well with my specifics.
Will another great salesman, always there to assist with any of my choices, both going above and beyond to get me what works well for me.
As a local and former budtender myself for many years; Do not shop here!!! Store's not bad, but the manager needs an anger management class and a reality check.
The selection, admittedly, is pretty good, the prices are average; maybe a bit more pricey than Value Buds; but it's Devon (curly haired manager) that's the issue.
I shopped at this store for almost 3 years and have definitely had my run ins with him (including seeing him get mad at new employees and then lying to try and justify his anger) but it all came to a dramatic conclusion when he started yelling at me in the middle of the store, in front of other customers.
Long story short; they were trying to deny a refund for someone I knew who was wrongfully overcharged. Another (random) customer and I both calmly mentioned about a bill we heard regarding the honouring of advertised prices. Turns out, it wasn't a bill but more an agreement amongst participating stores. I didn't know that and admitted I was wrong multiple times. I thought it would've ended there. He left the shop for about 10 minutes and then came back in an angered huff and initiated a screaming match with me in front of other customers while I was simply asking to buy my product and leave.
Needles to say, I haven't visited that store again and never will. I've spoken with many other locals in town and I haven't met a single person that has something nice to say about Devon.
As a tour guide in town, if my guests ever ask about dispensaries ..
Been shopping here over a year, and NOT ONCE ID'd. And the gall to say you ID everyone. Thankfully it was only a balmy -16 out while you wasted my time. Be better, train your staff. Fix your hours. Figure it out.

FIRST time asked for ID. Shopping over a year. Can't recall others ever being asked, either. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I feel sorry for the owner of this store. I've been to ten or so different locations for Canna Cabana, and this store has the laziest staff I've ever encountered.
Either there is a sign on the door that says back in 15, or one person is helping seven customers while the rest of the staff just stands around and if you ask them for help they tell you to wait for the one person helping everyone else.......... I don't have 25 minutes to make a 2-minute transaction. A vending machine would do a better job at serving customers than the staff at this place.
