| I had the worst experience today with Sam. His behavior was extremely unprofessional — it felt like he was trying to "sell for free" while showing unnecessary ego. When he asked for my ID, I showed it without hesitation and explained that, as per the Qualified Cannabis Worker License, it is 100% required to check ID if a worker feels someone might be underage. His response was, "I check for every person in store — rules are different for Canna Cabana. Go check the website." When I pulled up the Canna Cabana website to clarify, instead of resolving the matter, he became rude and displayed a major attitude problem. I want to emphasize that I am an absolute regular buyer, and being treated in this way is very disappointing. | ||
