Their dry herb devices are pretty good, but the after sales and support are terrible. It has been almost an YEAR since I started trying to use the warranty and I get no response from them.
Horrible customer service. Getting "ghosted " about replacing a faulty CFX Plus that won't charge after 5 months of use. Unbelievable!
This device is trash. You have no heat control even though it claims it has 3 different settings. There is 1 setting for them all, really hot. It does an absolutely terrible job of maintaining heat unless you constantly inhale the entire 5 mins. The poor battery life will hinder any smoke session, you might as well and buy 4 of these to get any use. Its hard to clean, you have to break down the entire piece to clean off all the reclaim. It has a ton of little nooks and crannies to try and clean, whoever TF designed this piece should probably rethink their whole profession, because it sucks. Last but not least, its hard to hold after a minute or two. There is zero hand protection, you will probably burn your self at least once or twice. I honestly didn't know that they could make such a bad piece of equipment.
Boundless is a term I would use to describe their stupidity.

Worst purchase experience I've ever had. Took two weeks to get to me, repeated delays and misleading, vague information from support about when it would ship...arrived DOA after waiting 13 days (it was promised in 2-5 days). They refunded my original shipping and said they would ship a replacement out immediately, did not ship a replacement out immediately. I had to go through steps to get the replacement and customer service said nothing about this. WORST communication from customer support. They do not care at all about their customers. Nothing but hassle. I just wanted this for a two week period, which mostly passed me by while waiting for the original shipment... At this point it's just getting silly and they are communicating with me as if I am inconveniencing them and not the other way around and offering no compensation for the, now to be expected, two month wait for a working pen I don't even need anymore but they didn't offer me a refund even after all this nonsense!!!!!!!
