| Worst purchase experience I've ever had. Took two weeks to get to me, repeated delays and misleading, vague information from support about when it would ship...arrived DOA after waiting 13 days (it was promised in 2-5 days). They refunded my original shipping and said they would ship a replacement out immediately, did not ship a replacement out immediately. I had to go through steps to get the replacement and customer service said nothing about this. WORST communication from customer support. They do not care at all about their customers. Nothing but hassle. I just wanted this for a two week period, which mostly passed me by while waiting for the original shipment... At this point it's just getting silly and they are communicating with me as if I am inconveniencing them and not the other way around and offering no compensation for the, now to be expected, two month wait for a working pen I don't even need anymore but they didn't offer me a refund even after all this nonsense!!!!!!! | ||
