Friendly staff and great selection. I was assisted by Parisa , who is really welcoming and helpful for finding my choice.
I walked in with absolutely zero knowledge. The Persian lady who helped me was incredibly friendly and very professional at the same time with what felt like unlimited patience, which is rare these days.
She took the time to explain everything clearly and made thoughtful suggestions suitable for a first-timer so I wouldn't have a bad experience (It felt like a 30-minute academic course and tour ๐
, what a gem!). I left feeling informed, confident, and genuinely grateful. Btw, they have all kinds of stunning decorative items, lighters, etc, not just Cannabis. Excellent service.
I recently visited Jane's Cannabis and had a fantastic experience thanks to ๐๐ปPARISA๐๐ปShe was incredibly friendly and attentive, asking me what I was looking for and providing excellent recommendations. She suggested three amazing products at great prices, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. At the end, she even sent me off with a delightful coffee. If you're looking for guidance, I highly recommend consulting with Parisa. Her knowledge and customer service truly make a difference!
Read all their 1 star reviews with delivery! Seems to be a regular occurrence with their service, staff and products. Instead of taking responsibility they answer back gaslighting the customer blaming them! Had a terrible experience. Tried ordering online, no where does it state delivery is done once a day at 5 pm . Then they called to say suspected fraud. I had to fight with them to process my order. Such a terrible experience that after they agreed to process my order I cancelled it. I still haven't received a refund, I now need to call my credit card company to get the transaction refunded. Avoid this place at all cost! Havoc down the street on Wellington is 100 x better
