Absolutely a joke of a company. I've purchased for pulse models and two pulse buddies since June. I left one of the pulse in the pulse buddy and it ruined the thermal coating. Nova is saying g it's because I left it in the sun and that it isn't covered under warranty. You can see the line that the pulse buddy created. So one of their products ruined another one of their products and they won't do anything to rectify the problem. I will not buy another item from them and suggest you don't either.
Worst product ever! Bought vaporizer and can't get top off, I work at a steel shop and used vice grips and still couldn't get top off! Do not buy this product, waste of money, you'll spend more time and effort get top off. I also have video of me trying to get top off! Email me if you wanna see video
