There is one guy name Stephen he is a team lead from 145 room made a 60 year old women cried... And he didn't had any remorse whatsoever seeing this one of the guy take it to the supervisor but no action taken.

******BUYERS BEWARE*****Purchased a premium product from their Top Leaf line and it was so bad I couldn't even give it away. Bubba is not suppose to be Brown in color or smell like iced tea. I also can't get in touch with anyone in customer support to even notify them of their incredibly misrepresented products. Beyond disappointed with their customer service and products. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
