Storz & Bickel offer the highest quality dry-herb & concentrate vape devices on the market. I have owned both the Volcano Digit original design non-hybrid (which I immediately ordered upon returning from an Amsterdam trip where I had experienced this absolute beast in the Abraxas coffeeshop) and the Mighty portable vaporizer.
My Volcano Digit (original version, not hybrid) lasted 7+ years including being dropped a few times (my dumb ass walked over the power cable yeeting it off the table) and my Mighty vaporizer lasted almost exactly 2 years before getting a fault with the charging port, although due to being portable it had been bashed around a little. Contacted customer support who were more than happy to replace this device under warranty, and actually upgraded the replacement to a brand new Mighty+ sent free of charge.
There are many cheaper options available for dry-herb vapes but none come close to the durability and quality of Storz & Bickel products, truly German engineering at its finest.
They replaced my faulty Crafty with another faulty unit and now refuse to replace it because it´s not on warranty! Very disapointting customer services, I have 3 vapes from them, 2 are broken, they loosing a lot of credibility nowadays, just holding on to an aged concept vapes whilst the competition is bringging new improved and a lot more "good looking" vapes.
Sold me a faulty venty that doesn't work. Claiming through warranty and they can only offer me a downgrade to a mighty+medic.
Thieving and dishonest company selling cheap plastic dodgy products, leaving me unable to take my medication.
They'll leave your disabled loved one without a medical device for months after having to request multiple warranty replacements for multiple faulty units. They could send out marketing emails to try and get us to buy more stuff we'll in advance of international laws changing, but when we needed actual help, and this company failed spectacularly to fulfill their basic contractual obligations. They do not care about disabled people do not do business with them. There have been replacement devices within a half hour drive of me the whole time, in their partner stores.
Storz and Bickel hates disabled people, there's literally no other explanation for their behavior. If you knowingly, callously, and cruelly refuse to help your most vulnerable customers, knowingly making their lives miserable when you could fix it with a snap, your company doesn't deserve to exist.
Owner of a Mighty+: great products and quality.
Would be even better if they respected european rules (warranty can't be conditionned at registering products !!).
