Great products & great customer service. I've only purchased a couple of products but I love both. When I had an issue with my E-rig, I contacted their warranty department & they handled everything quickly. I had a replacement piece within 10 days. Friendly customer support & excellent products. 10/10 recommend!
Had to contact customer support due to an issue with one of the vape pens. Very pleased with the service I received from Monica and the quick turn around time with handling my claim. Her friendliness and readiness to assist was top tier. I love Pulsar products and will continue to recommend them!
I have nothing negative to say. They stand by their warranty 1000%. I had a vape develop a crack on the base and once I contacted them and made a warranty claim, it was delivered in less than a week along with a surprise bonus and a 15% coupon. Being happy with the service and the product. Sadly I had to make another warranty claim, but excited to say they are honoring it once again and someone me two new vapes!
Very nice to work with, I had purchased my first Pulsar at one of my local dispensaries and was enjoying it until a crack formed in the base customer service handled it quickly and efficiently, especially since they were dealing with the remnants of a major hurricane. I recently decided to purchase 2 more and when I found that some of the dispensaries carts here Pennsylvania don't fit customer service sent me 2 others to try.
This company has earned my loyalty at this point I will continue to buy from them
I have been using Pulsar vaporizers for about a year and I think that they are a great product that work as advertised.
Recently I had a warranty issue come up. Their warranty claims website was having a technical issue-so I got in touch with Monica in the warranty department. She walked me through the claims process and made it easy for me to complete the warranty claim, and impressed me by always replying to my emails within a very short time.
