| I have been using Pulsar vaporizers for about a year and I think that they are a great product that work as advertised. Recently I had a warranty issue come up. Their warranty claims website was having a technical issue-so I got in touch with Monica in the warranty department. She walked me through the claims process and made it easy for me to complete the warranty claim, and impressed me by always replying to my emails within a very short time. Pulsar makes great products and will stand by their warranty in the event that something goes wrong. I highly recommend this company and plan to remain a loyal customer.
