Monica from Customer Service and the warehouse team are awesome! They quickly helped me replace my DL 2.0 Pro when the one I received was defective. They went above and beyond and even sent me another replacement in the same color weeks later. Great communication and outstanding service. Cheers.
Wow this company is setting new standards. I have the 2.0 pro and wow love it. Helps protect lint from getting stuck in the mouth piece of the cartridge.
But above all else is their customer service and their employees to help give outstanding customer service.
