Enjoy Higher Culture!
Pulsar has always been at the forefront; we’re proud veterans of the vaping industry. Our first product was a handheld portable dry herb vaporizer called the Pulsar 7. Since those early days, we’ve designed and developed many quality products for the modern day smoker to Enjoy Higher Culture in their everyday life.
We now house over 1000 different products at our facilities in the vibrant and creative city of Asheville, NC. Though we are most recognized and respected for our APX Family line of vapes and our new portable e-rig, RöK, we also offer other vaporizers, water pipes, rolling trays, hand pipes, eNails, bubblers, silicone products...let’s just say we’ve been quite busy!
I have a few of Pulsar's products and when my latest purchase (the 510 DL 5.0,the one in the middle) developed a problem, i contacted customer service via email. I'll admit I was a little skeptical. To my surprise, I got an email that same afternoon saying they were reviewing the problem. Next morning, there was an email saying a replacement is being sent. Another email with the tracking info- OUTSTANDING!! Looking forward to my next purchase - the 2-N- 1 auto draw/shotgun! | ||
Couldn't be happier with pulsar products. Had the King cut version one that fell a part on me after a year and a half use. That's when I got the King kut v2. After a month it started blinking red light 10 times. Product support team is awesome. Very easy to work with in three emails I was done. No questions asked. Like I said very pleased with your product. Can't help that some things happen. But that's what a warranty is for if something happens and y'all have honored yours to the fullest. Best thing they could ever done was make the accessories fit between the version one and version 2. | ||
I had an issue with my Pulsar 510 DL 2.0 PRO—specifically, a compromised rubber seal that made the device no longer airtight. I reached out via the warranty claim form and was incredibly impressed by how quickly and thoroughly the Pulsar team responded. Mary Jo was kind, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. Not only did they ship me a replacement promptly, but they also included a bonus magnetic connector that might help fix the original device too. On top of that, they sent a discount code as a thank-you for my patience—seriously above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that stands behind their products and treats customers like people, not numbers. I'll definitely continue supporting Pulsar. Thank you for making it easy to enjoy "higher culture." | ||
Their products are great while they work! Had two separate dabtrons just…meet their end of life after like 6 months. But customer service replaced them promptly and with no difficulties. Enough to keep me as a customer after two failed units. Their products are good. Their customer service is phenomenal. | ||
Love these bars! Good draw, excellent ergonomic feel. And the customer service is outstanding. Had an issue with my second purchase, and not only did they replace the unit but also sent me an extra one and some cool stickers! You have a customer for life. Thanks Pulsar! | ||
