"Give me your money!" The customer policy of Organigram (also branded as The Edison Cannabis Company, ANKR Organics and Trailer Park Buds) is one that puts the risk on the end user. Distributors of their product - such as Cannabis NB - are hands off when it comes to customer dissatisfaction, and defer all concerns to the supplier. If you get a product that does not work or is under weight, the Organigram umbrella of companies will tell you that did not happen. With a policy that tells the customers that the problem is YOU, not THEM, you're literally risking your money whenever you buy from an Organigram brand. They have a history of not providing what they say they are providing. The results have been well deserved, with legal and financial consequences. Maybe all this will come out in the news once denials no longer do the trick. This is what happened with their cover-ups of pesticide use and as well as lawsuits for other misrepresentations of product standards. Their misrepresentations have lead to the intervening by provincial Supreme Courts and Health Canada. Search Google to find those details. What you will find is a willingness to put public health at risk in order to continue to make profits. As a company who can and will break laws affecting public health, it is not a stretch to find them fraudulently misrepresenting the public about the quality and quantity of their. ***UPDATE. Don't be fooled the only people giving this place a 5 star rating are investors grasping at straws .Not a safe scource for meds,they lost organic certification due to using banned products in their production methods . They are also the target of a class action lawsuit for selling tainted products for almost a year. This place is as toxic as it gets .Poisoned medical patients with banned chemicals and poisoned the public by saving money not cleaning cooling towers that spewed out legionaries disease . The only people leaving positive reviews are uneducated

I have had zero issues with this company. Orders get processed in a timely manner and it gets to me from the eat coast over to the west coast in 3 days. I've been using their oils, and it really has been helpful for my fibromyalgia and Crohn's.

I am a organigram client have been for over two years, two years and 4 registrations, well really it would be 1 registration and 3 re-registrations and still I am so frustrated with the registration and re-registration process. Not once have I had a good customer experience with organigram, this is enough..Why stay good question, clearly I need to reevaluate but it's a matter of convenience believe me and not on the bases of good service or products. I sent my documents to organigram from the doctors office on February 20th and called again speaking with Nicole this morning February 28th about the status of my re-registration only frustrated me more. Nicole was very quick to say and i quote "We have the process down to just 5 to 7 business days", first, is that suppose to be good considering its seconds to recieve a document and in my years as a client this has never taken just days...but days and days even weeks. Just got off the phone again with organigram hoping that the running around i did again today paid off and we could complete the re-registration NOPE. Rep reads the notes and says Nicole's says send in the document and once its received and processed then your re-registration should not more than 2 days to process...so the document is sitting somewhere and when some organigram representative gets my 2nd completed registration form and clicks the check boxes TADA my organigram re-registration will be complete and some ogranigram representative I'm told wi ..
