I am a organigram client have been for over two years, two years and 4 registrations, well really it would be 1 registration and 3 re-registrations and still I am so frustrated with the registration and re-registration process. Not once have I had a good customer experience with organigram, this is enough..Why stay good question, clearly I need to reevaluate but it's a matter of convenience believe me and not on the bases of good service or products.
I sent my documents to organigram from the doctors office on February 20th and called again speaking with Nicole this morning February 28th about the status of my re-registration only frustrated me more. Nicole was very quick to say and i quote "We have the process down to just 5 to 7 business days", first, is that suppose to be good considering its seconds to recieve a document and in my years as a client this has never taken just days...but days and days even weeks.
Just got off the phone again with organigram hoping that the running around i did again today paid off and we could complete the re-registration NOPE. Rep reads the notes and says Nicole's says send in the document and once its received and processed then your re-registration should not more than 2 days to process...so the document is sitting somewhere and when some organigram representative gets my 2nd completed registration form and clicks the check boxes TADA my organigram re-registration will be complete and some ogranigram representative I'm told wi ..
