Fantastic dispensary! Always come here and the staff are wonderful. Phil had great recommendations for pre rolls and I left as a happy customer!
Went in a few weekends ago and those two girls were amazing and absolute baddies, they helped me find exactly what I wanted, I'm new to the cannabis world and they were both so helpful and so funny I will definitely be going back! If I could give more stars I would, best experience!
I went in this morning because my bong was so bummed up I was struggling to draw. I also wanted a couple of Sativa pre-rolled joints. I usually do Indica extracts to help with my pain, but decided I need a giggle over Christmas. Marcus was very helpful, knows his products, found me the perfect bong, for me, at a great price. Gave me a couple of joints, and then gave me a discount. Tuesdays and Wednesdays seniors get at least 10% off. He told me they have a local glass blower making their holders, and they are beautiful!
All in all, great products, great service and great prices! Thank you Marcus.

This place has pleasant staff, great new products, competitive pricing, and an owner who listens to/ cares about their customers. I have no reason to go elsewhere.
I usually like browsing and researching strains because I am very Terp-sensitive. However, when I don't, I can trust the workers here to recommend something truly good. And actually seem to care to navigate my sensitivities, to ensure I leave happy.
Anytime I have gone with one of their recommendations, it is always something incredibly fresh. I recall once that a "packaged on" date was less than 2 weeks prior to my purchase. This herb was like I got a sample from someones personally grown stash- like it had JUST finished curing and I was the taste tester 😉
I even made a recommendation for them to stock a 28g format of one of my favourite strains a while back; it was literally in stock for my next visit 👍 I don't think it gets much better than that. Mind you, I got lucky and there was an order in the process of being placed when I came in and made my suggestion, but still. I just loved that! It really showed they care about customer satisfaction in a big way.
This is for both of the Welland locations. I love the Glacial Gold MAX Strength CBD Oil for Sleep and Anxiety. My Other Favorite are the Monjour Raspberry/Lemon CBD/CBN/THC Gummies for Sleep as they're made for but also anxiety. I just wish the company could find some chocolate with the same kind of high CBD lower THC Chocolates like the gummies. I'd LOVE to be able to order some chocolate. Their Free delivery is great for disabled people just know I believe you have to spend at least 30$ for it. In Store they have always been super kind and helpful to me. Just find some high CBD low THC chocolate guys ;) Oh one complaint...the website seems to deny certain bank cards sometimes. And this is specifically after checking bank and they say it's blocked on the websites end. Thanks!
