Went in to buy a 510 Cannabis Vape, cashier shows me the shelf where they are I pointed out a product that I thought was a 510 vape cartridge because that's where he pointed them out and since all the Cannabis products come in the same packaging I assumed it was a vape cart. Turns out it was THC crystals when I opened the package not what I asked for. Went in the explain the mix up but they do not take returns on Cannabis products. I just wasted my money because the staff do not familiarize themselves with their products. The staff member then told me that us the product I asked for I had to correct him and tell him I asked for a vape cart. I will not return to this location. Fat panda needs to stick to vaping and stay away from Cannabis. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location.
