| As a budtender, I came here to grab an accessory with my friend, I didn't realize the ID I had on me was expired. I talked to a taller boy in his early 20's I think named Tony . I then patiently waited outside while my friend shopped, they overheard "Tony" absolutely talking poorly about me. As he was leaving he suggested to them to maybe not talk poorly about customers in a customer service based industry. He then was told he didn't know the situation and was told to leave. This was both our first experience at the rideau location and absolutely won't be returning or suggesting this location, or company . Too many bad experiences from myself and others. |
