| Bodega's shameless owners keep deleting my review. Get it together.

I have since stopped shopping here and will no longer support Bodega going forward after they wrongfully let go of Jess, who was the main reason I even shopped here. Jess has always made my experiences at Bodega wonderful and she is caring and knowledgeable about all the products they have. She remembers regulars, she knows what kind of products we like, and she doesn't try to upsell garbage like most dispensaries.
Bodega forced her out and violated her rights under the Employment Standards Act. They withheld her pay and refused to pay her in lieu of notice after she exercised her rights, resulting in her being fired without proper cause. Bodega continues to operate without their proper licenses, which Jess brought up to the owner several times, because the budtenders here can literally lose their own licenses to work in the industry again if they work for a shop WITHOUT their proper licensing. They clearly do not care about the future their staff have in this industry because they continue to put their staff at risk by refusing to get the licenses needed.
I am so utterly disappointed that this shop is just like all the other shops - shady, infringing on rights of employees, and cutting corners wherever they can. I have been going to Yerba Buena since finding this out, and will never ever support this shop again. Shame on the owners.
