| I wish I could give a lower rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP HERE!!!! A manager and a staff member named Matthew M. have absolutely horrendous customer service skills. They were both very rude, condescending, and insulting. They were verbally abusive to a customer who has disabilities. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this company, to see that they would employ people like that, in an environment where they will be dealing with many different types of customers, especially customers who are going to have an array of disabilities/difficulties,etc.
Edited to add in response to reply; Calling a customer names for having emotions is acceptable and compassion behavior and the customer should just accept being verbally abused and not get upset in responce to said verbal abuse??? |
