| Mostly great staff except for this arrogant guy named josh who consistently gives poor customer service compared to other employees like Alex who will DIRECTLY help you with your problem and actually seems to care. Sadly, with the bad pot lately AND the very poor customer service by the person named josh, (who also claims to be the manager but somehow has the worst ability to help customers and is the least helpful, every other staff member including alex has been much more helpful and provides proper assistance, unlike josh) i most likely wont be back, i like good cannabis and unfortunately the bad cannabis lately plus the lack of customer service from josh who was no help at all is pushing a loyal customer elsewhere.
How they managed to take a great strain of fresh, sticky, quality cannabis and make it dry, harsh and undesirable to smoke is just sad and im disappointed i have to look elsewhere as i was enjoying this strain for a long time now but they ruined the cake crasher :( |
