| Terrible delivery and customer services. First they told me my order had been delivered and may have been left with the concierge (which is ILLEGAL, by the way). Then they tell me they "found my package" and I will be receiving it shortly. That was nearly 3 hours ago. They've changed the ETA SIX times in the past 2.5 hours and I'm just sitting here like a fool waiting for the delivery person. All this on top of being an obscenely expensive dispensary. It's not worth it giving your money to these greedy and clearly unorganized people.
If you're looking for fair prices and a decent customer service/delivery experience, look elsewhere. There are tons of other dispensaries in Vancouver that offer much better customer service and prices with FREE 1-2 hours delivery. Burb, Westcanna, Muse cannabis, Fire and flower, Yaletown Cannabis are only a few of them. All highly recommended. |
