Not impressed at all! My sister's birthday was ruined thanks to the incredibly poor customer service yesterday. The bud tender had given us the wrong dry herb. It was unopened and the manager worKIng said there was nothing that he was able to do. This was not our fault we had told the bud tender that we did NOT want the CBD and that was what he had given us. This mistake made by Fire and Flower was left unresolved and what hurts most is that we are (were) regulars at this location. We will now be taking our business to Smokey's where the bud tenders actually care about their customers.
