| Been a LONG time customer of this place since they opened. Bought a 50 dollar cart, tastes like coil. Wanted to exchange, called ahead to confirm, got woman on the line, she said my tone wasnt good enough for her and told me she refuses my service? Mind you i had zero tone on the phone just explained a situation...terrible customer service. Ill be following up with management about this employee. Simply asked if 5here was a manager she could call, as I work this afternoon.
Get better staff, most staff know their job, this particular staff member is HORRIBLE. Nothing but issues everytime I encounter her. Do better. |
