| I am purchased a cannabis vape cartridge from Botany Cannabis Store in New Westminster.
The cartridge leaked completely within one day and I was unable to use it.
I returned to the store with the receipt within 2 days, but they refused a refund or replacement, claiming improper use without any proof.
I believe this was a defective product and the refusal violates consumer protection standards.
Additionally, the leakage created a potential health and safety risk, as the product was unusable and could have exposed me to contaminated or improperly handled cannabis oil.
I am requesting that this case be reviewed. |
