They were okay in the beginning but the quality of their products aren't great. This is the second pen I bought and just like the first one it had battery issue. The associate was no help, they said they can't do a return as it's been more than a couple of days. I purchased the pen on Dec 17 it's Jan 14 it's been less then 30 days and the return was not accepted. The quality of their products aren't good and it's best to actually go somewhere that provides proper customer service and quality products.
