I bought a cartridge yesterday and it wasn't working when I got home. I returned to the store with receipt and even showed them on my battery that it wasn't working and showed them I don't have the same issue with another cart. Well they still blamed my cart because their diagnosis was that the cart wasn't short because it wasn't showing that on their cheap tribal battery. So they told me no exchange and to buy the battery.I bought the battery and left. I wasn't happy about it. I'll admit though it was working intermittently and not working on my battery at all. Well guess what? Next morning (today) it's not working, shows the cart is shorted and no longer able to use. I went to buy another cart from a different store and guess what? It works on my original battery no problem like every other cart has before. So now I have a cart that doesn't work with a battery I was forced to buy that I didn't need at all because of the incompetence of these employees and the procedure put in place. It's no big deal if there's a faulty cart or if something not working as expected but having a business procedure in place to lie and blame the customer instead of just handling the situation with proper customer service and exchange the faulty equipment they sold. I have been a great customer here and spent at least 50-150 a week since they've been open. Thousands of dollars. THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME. I hope your 30$ cart was worth it. I know it won't affect the business but ..
