Very nice to work with, I had purchased my first Pulsar at one of my local dispensaries and was enjoying it until a crack formed in the base customer service handled it quickly and efficiently, especially since they were dealing with the remnants of a major hurricane. I recently decided to purchase 2 more and when I found that some of the dispensaries carts here Pennsylvania don't fit customer service sent me 2 others to try. This company has earned my loyalty at this point I will continue to buy from them
