Been going there for years placed online order paid for my order online. Go pick up but dont have my ID however I have my confirmation on my phone not to mention they know me Mackenzie decides she's not giving me my order or a refund tells me bring id or come back tomm for a refund . This girl needs to come off her high chair get her nose outta the air and treat people with respect. You lost a customer and I spend money in your business not some 10 dollar guy I max out almost everytime im in . Forgot to mention this is the first time anyone's asked me for ID as im in there regularly my gf worked there as well just another kid with entitlement issues .
