| This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
The first time we visited this store, we arrived 10 minutes before closing and were not allowed to enter.
The second time, we were sold a vape cartridge that broke almost immediately, and the store refused to replace it.
On top of that, the employee who dealt with us — a dark-haired girl with glasses, working on Tuesday evening, December 9 — was extremely rude and clearly had no interest in serving customers properly.
My wife, who is 45 years old, did not have her physical ID with her that evening, only a photo. When she realized that, she stepped outside so that I, the person who did have a valid physical ID, could complete the purchase.
They still refused to sell anything to me, even after she had already left the store.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I will never return to this store again, and I will definitely tell others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of good shops with good service in our city — no one needs to put up with this. |
