| I had a similar experience to Sarah Diene with the same woman yesterday around 2:30pm. The description in Sarah's review matches the description of the woman that cashed me out. It was the woman with purple and blue hair.
I was the second customer in line. I noticed her interaction with the customer prior to me was warm, engaging, and friendly. She even said "Oh you're a Gemini" when filling out his sign up.
When it was my turn, I was met with hostile energy. I actually said "hi, how are you" and she seemed to be irritated with me. I didn't mind, I was just excited to get a new pen, but I noticed it.
I ended up taking charge of the entire interaction as the customer - I even said "I don't want to hold up the line" to expedite the process as she seemed to rush through my transaction anyway. She was anxious while helping me and rushing, but she had a complete different vibe with the customer before me. It was strange. Strange enough for me to get curious about others experiences - that's why I'm leaving my review, too.
I won't return, because there are plenty of other dispensaries around the city that have amazing staff - and they don't pick and choose who they like to help/provide their best service too.
I also noticed the reply to Sarah Dienes review. Instead of offering up an explanation for the cashier/budtenders behaviour outlined in her review, a simple apology would actually make the customer more likely to come back. Customers are looking to be appeased, .. |
