| I recently had a disappointing experience with Ayush. While my physical license had expired, I provided the official Ontario government renewal slip as proof that my license was valid and in the process of being updated. Despite this, I was denied access. This was surprising, as I have been able to use the same documentation at multiple other establishments without issue. I found the lack of flexibility and understanding very frustrating given the circumstances despite being a regular at this location. |
