I've always experienced stellar customer service from the staff, most especially Michelle who was not only knowledgeable and approachable but also very sweet to me and my dog. There are extra security protocol being implemented so make sure you bring your physical ID. Definitely recommend going to this branch if you're nearby as they are well-stocked and always have an alternative if you can't find what you looking for.
