| Went in last night and honestly had one of the rudest experiences. I walked in first and was looking around for what I wanted. A girl came in a couple minutes later, started chatting with the guy working clearly they knew each other and he completely focused on her instead of me.
When I was ready to order, I tried getting his attention, and he finally asked what I wanted, but while helping me he just kept talking to her and didn't even look at me. Then he said something like, "You know how I know when someone's ready," while still looking at her which made no sense and felt super disrespectful. Even the girl said, "She was here before me," which tells you enough.
It honestly made me feel ignored and unwelcome. If you're working with customers, you should treat everyone with basic respect not act like someone doesn't exist because you're too busy flirting. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. |
