| This was the best customer service I've ever received. I visit this shop regularly, but today something unexpected happened—my phone died and my card wasn't working. I was about to leave without buying anything when Brendan stepped in to help.
He looked around the shop for a charger, but they didn't have the older iPhone charger I needed. Instead of giving up, he took me next door to a restaurant and asked if they had one. They did, and he brought it back so I could charge my phone. Thanks to him, I was able to pay and buy my stuff.
