| 1 person in the store who leaves to get lunch with the OPEN sign still on, she comes back from lunch and goes into the store and locks the door again with the OPEN sign on. I guess her lunch means she's closed regardless of what the sign says. Worst part is she saw us trying the door and still was taking her lunch break. This at 1:30 in the afternoon.
Decided to be fair try again today at this location, the store was open and we were able to go in and make a purchase but the employee recognized us was very unfriendly and actually not real helpful about an online extra discount. Told us no and was so abrupt with us, we won't be back. She was smiling, much more friendly and helpful to people after us.
The day the door was locked we saw at least 2 other people try the door and walk away so I think my review was fair, we weren't the only customers annoyed that day and they went elsewhere to shop.
Not going to shop at a Pop's again. |
